Sorry if this is a FAQ, but I'm new to the boards.
I've always used Max with individuals, but I'm at a new company and we're trying to use the Company/Contact method. We sell to employees of large companies, so we may have dozens or hundreds of contacts at each company. How can I make notes associate with a contact only? I'm using Enterprise 8.0. |

Hi, there is a simple answer to this.
In Maximizer when you have a contact hightlighted go to the Notes tab on the following window, look for a tick box called 'Show All' and untick it. When this box is unticked you will only see notes for the specific contact. If it is ticked then you will see notes for all contacts and the company. |

When I create a note for a contact and then unclick the Show All box, no more notes show for that specific contact when selected. To see the notes, I need to click Show All, but with hundreds of contacts within that company it makes it difficult to find specific ones. Is there any solution for this?
