I have recently started using Maximizer in my new job and am struggling with the way UDFs have been created. Unfortunately there have been no restrictions on UDF creationin the past this has led to UDFs that duplicate the same data. We have UDFs for "type of business" and "business activity" which should really only be one UDF. Is there any way to combine both of these fields into one? Any help would be greatly appreciated

the only way I can think of is to use the search facilities to find the udf you want to delete. Then do a global edit on those records to tick the UDF you want to use, then administrator delete UDF for the field you want to get rid of. (dont dsue me if you end up deleting the wrong thing!)

Thanks, have been able to do that for most of the UDFs. Unfortunately the UDFS mentioned are alphanumeric and therefore I can't do a global edit as the records are all different. Any other suggestions out there??
