I'm new on the forum, registered few minutes ago. we are running Max 8.0 with 12 users since few months, having a lot of stability problems, then hard to get Maxexchange ftp to work but it seems to go a bit better now and we can start to think to really use the product, not only as a central database Have a question: is anybody used Max for running a customer satisfaction survey ? You could use Max Forms to build the survey and have each of the questions tied to a UDF in maximizer, then an overall rating also tied to a udf in maximizer, a quich search could show how many customers answered (whatever) to your questions, or all customers that fell into (category of satisfaction) Voted most likely to be a Hill Billy, Mental Patient or Chimpanzee. | |||
