Using MaxEnt8: I can not get OrderDesk to appear either in the icon bar or the menu Window drop down list. Have tried checking/unchecking the, "Enable OrderDesk" box in preferences and, have also uninstalled/reinstalled Maximizer several times. The installation is current with all updates. Anybody have a solution?
