Hello,

I have a client that is trying to Print Labels. She has some of her contacts with Company info already inputed. She would like to Print these Labels without the Company Info showing. Is this possable, without the user going manually removing the Company info...

Any info would be great...

When you set up an alternate address, there is a checkbox for "Use Company Name". Would leaving that unchecked do what you want?

What I was able to do was change the Preferences to not Show Company and this worked. The user justa has to remember to change this back if she wants Company in the lable.
