Hi,
We had a rough implementation, so I'm trying to figure out if my employee really is losing notes due to the Max. program or she's just not doing something right. Has anyone experienced losing notes that (according to the employee) were logged...when she goes back later, the notes are gone? I have 2 employees, and they both are saying now that this has happened to both of them. Please let me know. I don't know whether to believe her or start the training process again. Thanks! AMS |

Have you verified that they have "Show Logged Notes" enabled in the Notes pane? |

Thanks - I'll check. I think the person did do that, though. Anyone else have this problem?
