Does anyone know how Max 9 looks up contacts/companies in the address book, when you try to link an email? About 1/3 of my attempts to link go smoothly with no intervention. The other 2/3's require me to first select the company. I can't find one iota of difference between the records/contact names/company names, etc. HELP.
