There is a duplicate checking routine built into Entrepreneur 10 to attempt to reduce duplicates. This works fairly well except sometimes when importing the .mti files created through the web inquiry.

My question is, what does the checkbox "Allow partial match" do? Does this make a more strict criteria to add a duplicate, or does this allow a partial match of the duplicate check fields in make it easier to add a duplicate?
