If I want to maximize using Maximizer, synchronizing does not make sense. Overwriting Outlook with Maximizer seems to make more sense. This means that Outlook runs in the background (how I wish Maximizer used Outlook functions without having Outlook open...know this sounds odd, but that would maximize using Maximizer for me).

Here's what I'm thinking of doing:

1. Synchronize Max and Outlook

2. Subsequently, Max will overwrite Outlook.

Does this make sense?
