I can set the monthly view to start Monday, but not the weekly view. Is it possible? This (missing? feature) has been the cause of more scheduling errors for me than anything else I know of.

When you look at the calendar in any view non-work days (as set in File>>Preferences>>Calendar & Hotlist) are shown in Red rather than black, this is the easiest way to tell the difference.
