I use Max 9 and outlook synchronization. Is there a way to sync the priority of tasks in Maximizer 9 with those in Outlook?

Hi John,
Outlook synchronization will only work with Microsoft Outlook not Microsoft Outlook express. When you have configured your outlook synchronization, select appointments and tasks between the Max Address Book and Microsoft Outlook can be synchronized. Only those appointments and tasks scheduled within the specified date ranges will synchronize. If a task is scheduled prior to the specified date range, but the 'carry forward unfinished tasks' option is selected, the task will be synchronized. Hope this helps. |

John,
I forgot to mention to configure your outlook synchronization of tasks, select File>Preferences. Click the Outlook Synchronization tab. To synchronize tasks, select the Synchronize Tasks checkbok and the specify the date range of tasks to synchronize. Mel |

Thanks, but the problem is not with synchronizing, but that Outlook 2007 has priorities assigned by "High" Med Low and Max cannot have a priority with four character for "High"
Any workaround? Thanks |
