I wish to implement a cient management system and I'm having trouble diciding on ACT or Maximizer.

I will have a max of 50 users (client/server), maybe about 15-20 on the system at the same time. I expect there to be about 15,000 records within the next 3 years.
Maximizer Enterprise is quit expensive can the basic Maximizer handle my requirements?

The big bonus that Maximizer has is the Field Security which I require.

Any input to help me would be appreciated.

Basic Maximizer will not handle 50 users, peer to peer will only allow 10 to 12 users. Will you be using any synchronization? Act competes fairly well with Maximizer, but Maximizer Enterprise is an entirely different product and does not compete on the same level. For 50 users and possibly more ACT like Maximizer will not be able to support that. You should be looking at Maximizer Enterprise, Goldmine, Sales Logix... the price is the same roughly for all three.
