In Quickbooks I use the following convention for the "Customer Name" data field: If "Company Name" = XYZ Corporation "Customer Name" = 78724-XYZ Corporation Where 78724 is the ZIP code. That helps me a lot in Quickbooks to locate the correct Customer as I have many clients with the same company name (i.e. companies that are part of a franchises) In Maximizer I was planning to use a custom field to save the "Customer Name" using the same convention. However I do not seem to see a way of mapping that when I link Maximizer to Quickbooks. When linking Maximizer to Quickbooks the system seems to use the Maximizer Customer name for both fields in Quickbooks: "Customer Name" and "Company Name" Any suggestions? | ||
