I may be too much of a dummy, but can I transfer my entire address book to a laptop so I can take my records with me?
If so How do I do it. I have tried with no success.
I have Max 7 in the computer I want to transfer from and installed max 8 in the computer I want to transfer to.

It might not work for you but did for me:
1. Create a backup.
2. Into maximizer 8, create a compagny that have the exact same name.
3. go in administrator then go in menu, Utilities, restore backup. It shoud ask to convert it to max 8.

But once it is trun to max 8 on you Laptop then can't come back to version 7. Si uninstall version 7 and never work back on it.
