I have a question regarding Crystal reports. I have defined the following 4 UDF's and values within the UDF's.
When I run the report I get the right results but getting one record repeated 4 times becuase I have4 udf in report. Ex if a record has all the defined UDFs' then it is repeated 4 times. In short is there a way to display records horizontally in a row rather than a coloumn if the record has all the 4 udf and not be repeated in 4 rows. I have attached an output of my sample report to give better Idea. Please help. This seems like a simple problem. lead.doc (14 Kb, Pending Moderation) Example |

I don't know how to get that attachment, anyway your record repeats because you have the client Name or Id in the details section and because it evaluates true for each UDF that is flagged you get multiple records. Put the client Id or name in a group and you will not get multiple returns.
Voted most likely to be a Hill Billy, Mental Patient or Chimpanzee. |

Or, a crosstab might be appropriate:
Look up "Cross-Tab" in the Crystal Reports Online Help for more information. |
