Good afternoon.
I am using Maximizer 8 on Windows XP Pro. In my Microsoft Outlook e-mails I can add a link for the recipient to add a meeting to their Outlook calendar. I want to be able to do the same but, for Maximizer calendar items. Q: Can an Outlook e-mail contain such a link? Q: Can this be done through Maximizer's e-mail function? Ideally, I would love it if this could be done both ways. A description of how to do this or a link to some information would be appreciated. Thanks very much. |

Hi there.
I think I understand what you're looking for here (a way to invite people to an appointment in Maximizer via e-mail) and I'm afraid that it can't be done. When you create appointments in Maximizer you can add additional people to those appointments & you can send them an alert to the appointment but you can't send out e-mail invites. |
