In the old Maximizer 97is version of Maximizer, you could bring up the calendar for the day, put your mouse at eight o'clock, hit shift and put your mouse at five o'clock. This would highlight the time frame from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.. Then, you could print only that section of your calendar. The old the calendar would also put your appointments name and phone number on the right side of the calendar time for that appointment when you printed that days calendar.

This was a valuable asset in the old version. The new enterprise eight version does not provide that option. Does anyone have a workaround?

I, also, would like to find a work-around. Losing this feature is one of the reasons I went back to Max 7

There seems to be two parts to the question asked:
(1) Printing of selected time blocks
(2) Having the contact name and phone number on the calendar printout so that it could actually be used without looking the infomation up.

Can the contact name and phone be listed on the calendar printout?
