I am a very new user to Maximizer - we just purchased CRM 11 but waiting for install. If I conduct an activity (sent out book)/event (attended seminar)- instead of updating each contact record individually, is there a way to link and update the records of all the contacts associated with the event?

I am not aware of one and would like to know the answer as well.
