What is the EASIEST way to automatically transfer contact information to Maximizer 8 Address Book from Outlook, or any other electronic file?
Is there any business card scanner on the market that would scan the card info directly to Maximizer and be compatible with its functions?

Pretty big question when you use the term "any".

Max has built in syncing to Outlook, there are third party utilities for that as well. Max also has built in import/export capabilities.

Qualifying the question with a few more details of what you need to do would help. Also a description of what research you've done/avenues you've explored to date and why those do/don't work for you would help even more.
