I would like to do broadcast emails with attachments that are not stored in Maximizer. They are two word documents. How would I do this?

Select the Address Book entries you want to broadcast to. Right click and select Send Email. Onnce the email client is up with the email addresses filled in, use standard Attachment functionality, whcih gives you the capability to searching the file system external to Max.

Really it's just the same as if you were using any email system outside Max.
