We are employing a new member of staff and I want to transfer Hotlist tasks to his user area. Any ideas how I can do this as there are 500 odd tasks

Hi Nick,

To transfer Hotlist tasks, create the New user, Log in as the old user go to the Hotlist window. Select the Hotlist tasks you wish to transfer, go to the Edit menu select reassign, choose who to reassign the tasks to and Click Ok.

I have 600 new prospects in my Maximizer and I need to transfer these to my hotlist. I am a new rep here so the list has never been used before and never assigned to a hotlist. Any ideas how I can quickly transfer them..??

When we tried a hotlist task transfer by using the reassign feature, no available people come up to transfer to, i.e. the list is empty. How is this resolved?

The help file says that "You can reassign your Hotlist tasks and appointments to other users if they have given you permission...". Check their preferences in

File > Preferences > Calendar/Hotlist
