95 % off my contacts will be related to individuals where I do not think of them by company name. The example that I saw for Maximizer shows a top main section that displays the company name and I don't think lists the contact name. Is there a view that focuses on the contact name and provides the company name as additional information?

You can create 3 types of entries: Company, Contact or Individual. In your scenario, you would create an Individual contact, which as fields for all company info
