Transferring Documents From One Individual To Another

Hi Guys,

Just a quick question. Is there any way of transferring documents from one individual to another in Maximizer? I can't seem to work it out apart from combining the individuals, which I do not want to do.

This is with Max 9.0 Enterprise.
