can i store forms, sketches, catalogues in the company library and then fax or email them to customers or a selected group of customers.

Gotta be careful here as it depends on what product/version you're using. For instance, you can't directly email/fax them from Maximizer 7 though the marketing literature seems to indicate you will be able to with Maximizer 8. Even with Maximizer 8 I don't know if you can send to a group of Address Book entries or just one at a time (I hope you can send to a group!). I have no idea about Maximizer Enterprise at all.
