Client has 100 Companies and 200 Individuals in her Maximizer 8.0. She would like a View of only her Individuals, is this possable???
How can I create a View so she can just select this view when ever she wants... thanks in advbance... Michael |

If you have a reply from Iris, you have your answer. My approach would have been to create a Saved Search that selected for a condition you know would have hit on every Individual and make it select only Individuals (ex - in Canada, Search > All Fields > Sate/Province = BC, AB, SA, MB etc., with Search Condition = Match One or More and Find Matching = Individuals only).
Very straightforward. I'd suggest an intro Maximizer course for you or your client. - R. |
