Excuse me if being thicky newby - only activated Max this week so on a steep curve here.
We are a subcontractor and so are quoting several companies for the same project until one of them has the order to place for our particular service.
I can't quite work out how to record a particular project (eg. 300/4929 - Decent Homes) against one company first and then add other companies against the project as we find out about them.

I may have fixed it modifying product description to be the job ref. If anyone has a better idea let me know before I have too much info entered? But now it appears I'm talking to myself...
