Hello, we just finished importing a rather large (7000 records) Goldmine data base into Max. Unfortunately the merge feature in Max 8 does not appear to have done a very good job. Is there a merge/purge feature in Max 8 or any recommendations for a good utility. Specifically I would like to be able to merge notes between contact records so that we have a comprehensive contact history.

Not many details to go on, but you can easily locate all the Address Book entries imported on a particular run by doing a Search for all Notes containing the text stating the date/time of the import. I've used that in the past to remove all those Entries so I could clean the data up again and er-do the import.
