I have been using CPSMAXOUT to export individuals out of Maximizer to Oulook | Contacts. Without warning the software has expired and it appears the company that built it is no longer in business and I can't register.

Can anyone help me get CPSMAXOUT to work, either by registration or by another application independant of Maximizer?

I expect you'll find that most companies who in the past have created applications like this have ceased development/support for them as Maximizer has included Outlook Contact Synchronisation Functionality for several versions now.

Our advice to you here is that you consider an upgrade to the latest release.
