Normally when you email via Maximizer, the email message only shows the recipient's email address in the "To:" line. It is much nicer to see their actual name, and we stumbled across a way to do it. When entering the email address use this format:
Joe Bloggs [smtp:jbloggs@isp.com] It works very nicely .... try it. Although touting is not de rigeur, it would be silly of me not to mention that we have also developed a program which re-formats all existing email addresses. Big time saver and dirt cheap .... $AUD50.00. Regards |

Thanks for the Tip Terry,
I've had a play and would just make a couple of comments. Once I'd changed the format of the email address to the one you've suggested my Maximizer Email window was no longer able to make an automatic association between an inbox email and the contact in Maximizer. Personally I'd prefer this to work rather than see the contact name even though I a agreed that it is desirable to see the contact name especially if its something like f142@hotmail.com.
