User is unable to see any opportunities on his PC, yet when his colleague signs in with his own user name, his colleague can see all the opportunites on the User's computer. When the user creates opportunites and then restarts his machine, the opportunity disappears again. I got the User to delete his user name and recreate it, this didn't work. I also got the user the check his preferences and groups and his is identical to his colleagues (who are all able to see the opportunites). Has anyone come across this?

Hi Jayneeta,
This sounds to me as if one of your users is in a sales team but the other is not, he is creating the opportunity assigning it to the team of which he is not a member. Therefore when he reopens the database or refreshes his list the opportunity disappears. The Sales teams are set in a different part of Maximizer to the other groups and permissions. You need to run the distribution list manager to work with the sales team memberships. Regards, Nick Welburn CABC Support |
