Is there a product available to export Maximizer Address Book data, including notes, to Access? For example, there's a product for ACT! called ExportPro that will extract Contact, Customer, and Note information from ACT!, and insert it into an Access database. Hi, don't know if you've cracked this yet, I've only just registered as a Maximizer user.
I've used MSAccess to connect to a Max database using the Max ODBC driver. Just configure the driver to point to a database, create an empty databse in Access, select the 'File, Get External, Link Tables, Set File Type as 'ODBC', Select 'Machine Data Source', and then the DSN you created with the Max ODBC driver. Click 'OK' and you'll be prompted for the user ID/password.
