Hi all,

I want to set up a Macro in Maximizer that opens the add new contact and once the contact has been entered have it created a new opportunity automatically for this entry.

When I record a Macro it actually records the details for that enter and replays then (i.e. enters the same company details the next time) whereas all I want it to do is play the steps and let me enter different contact information each time.

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

I'm afraid that the Macro functionality in Maximizer does not allow you to do what you're asking. It is a straight record and playback not a programatic interface.

It is possible that you could do what you are asking with the Knowledge Sync workflow program, however that is not a simple implementation and you would need to discuss costs with your business partner.
