We are having a problem with ver. 8 SR4 and searching for notes. I have setup category called call reports for my sales people for entering trip data and etc. The problem lies when searching and printing your notes. I cannot just go into file/print/note report because it just hangs forever. I must first go into search/notes select all the perimeters finish that search then go into file/note report and run this report too before it works properly.
Should I need to do a double search like this? My reseller is stumped. |
