Is it possible to change the default order, enquiry, etc in Orderdesk? We would like to add a couple fields that are needed in our industry. We would also like to remove the window that pops up before viewing or printing reports. How do we do this?

I am having a simmilar problem I need to change the collums that are displayed in the order desk window to show the item name or item number so I can identify the orders instantly by number or name when a client calls rather than have to open each one to idenify them.
