Hi, I work in the property market and our address book contains individuals who want to sell their property and details of professionals we use (solicitors, valuers, builders etc). When I phone a professional about an individual selling their home I want the call narrative to appear logged against the professional *and* the individual whose property was discussed. I cannot find a way to achieve this - is there knack to this or a work around at all. At present I can only associate a call with either the homeseller or the professional, not both. Thank you. | ||

We're using Max 8 and had the same problem. We solved it procedurally - deciding that whoever was the primary contact for the meeting would have it logged against them, but all participants would be noted. Another technique you could use would be adding some sort of tracking number (we're in recruiting so we use a "Search Number"). Recording that in each Note allows you to Search for all Notes containing "1234" and have them all display at once regardless of who they're recorded against. Hope this helps - R. | |||

Hi, I don't know what version you have, but I have Max 8 CRM. I don't know if this can help, but you can open (odd is it) 2 maximizer address book at same time. Just start maximizer, then click again the same maximizer icon. Try to arrange everything to see what you need when you call. But update info only into the first one. Running maximizer 9 since February 17, 2006, with QB link. | |||
