I am trying to create a report showing the number of companies in each of the categories. I can't seem to find this field in Crystal Reports or find a way to create the table. Ideally the report would show a table such as this:

Category 1 #of companies
Category 2 #of companies
etc.....

Any ideas?

If you are running under MS_SQL:

Look for a view called A_CATEGORY. If it does not exist then launch the SQL Query Analyzer, log in as MASTER, and execute the following command against the database in question:

Exec ADMN_sp_CreateTableDetailView A_CATEGORY,60030,7


If you are running under Pervasive.SQL:

Ask Maximizer for assistance.
