Creating a Knowledge Base Article..... HELP!

Newbie to Maximizer here and I am having a problem when resolving Customer Service cases in V.10. When I check the "Create draft Knowledge Base article" it creates it in the Knowldeg Base, but it only includes the solution and I don't see a way to find out to which service case it belongs. Right now we are having to copy the description from the Customer Service case and include it in the body of the solution so that it makes sense when created as a Knowledge Base article. Is there any way to get the Knowledge Base article to carry the problem and resolution in the body of it, or at least to include the customer service case number? Do my question and description make any sense? Do these pants make my butt look big? If you can answer any of these questions, please let me know.
