WE recently restructured our database to a more structured form. Here is the main problem, when we restructured the new information does not flow down to existing contacts. We have a form letter that now does not print correctly because the information does not duplicate into the contacts. Is there a way to "Force" max to push that data down stream? Is there a way to tell max to print out specific information to the form letter (i.e. company, department, and division and name of contact and such?
