Is there a tutorial available to show me how to set up a marketing mailing?

As I do sales I would like to send a letter once a prospect becomes a customer (I will trigger manually) then send a letter every three months. There could be at least one letter every week that I would run the report.

(We used to use Goldmine and it used what they call an automated process)

From what I understand, if you want automated processes in max, you'll have to pay a stiff proce for their automation suite add-on. Goldmine outshines max in this respect out of the box. I hope I'm wrong.

Maximizer Enterprise Versions 8 and higher have a fully function marketing campaign manager built into them.

The marketing module does require some configuration and it requires you have an SMTP Mail Server that accepts relaying from the Maximizer Application Server.

Your business partner should be able to advise you on the configuration and provide any training you may require.
