Any body got any spec on the screen popping, we cuurently have screen popping on our system, but it seems that the only screen popping is where the phone CLI is in field 1 of the contacts phone number. is this right does it not check against all the other numbers eg. we use the 3rd field for mobile the 4th for internal extension (we have 45 tennants that use our phone system)

Any advice, as I can not find this on Multiactive's site, is it normal for the only the first phone number field to pop.

I'm afraid the first number is the main thing searched Chris.

I'm working on an alternative but it will be a little while yet.. of course I'll be keen for beta testers!

I would like to be a beta tester, I could run it on 6 machines here in the IT department (I would not run it on my 3 live recepionists machines) if it is stable I could run it on around 20 machines ranging from P166+ 64meg upto P3+800's 128Meg that work behind the scenes in our organisation.
