How do I print out or export the User defined fields for address book

If you want to print out a specific set of fields for a given number of records you should create a column view in the Address Book (the button to the right of where it says 'Columns' in the Address book window) that contains the basic and user-defined fields you want to see. Then retrieve the records you want to print for and make sure that the column view you created is selected.

From here you can use the export to excel button or the print column report function.

Thank you for quick response and that will help re Excel. I should have also indicated that I am preparing a report in Crystal and cannot find the table.

Creating a Crystal Report for Maximizer requires a solid understanding of the Maximizer Database structure.
