If you want to print out a specific set of fields for a given number of records you should create a column view in the Address Book (the button to the right of where it says 'Columns' in the Address book window) that contains the basic and user-defined fields you want to see. Then retrieve the records you want to print for and make sure that the column view you created is selected.
From here you can use the export to excel button or the print column report function.

There are two ways to approach this, contact your Maximizer Partner and either purchase the Maximizer CRM Customization Suite (This contains information on the data structure) or ask them to quote you for the report development.
