Hi,

Is there any way to add bold, color or use a different font than Arial for the email signature?

I've tried "appending a text message to auto signature", but I'm not that familiar with text files, so it keeps dropping off the color, font and bold features I add.

It's important to our business to interject a little individual personality into our signature via type treatment.

Any suggestions will be much appreciated. Thanks!

AMS

How can we get Maximizer to help us? This is a major glitch as far as I'm concerned and ridiculous given email has been around for a long time now.

fyi, I paid a consultant who told me that there wasn't a work around for this, so I don't think paying for the Max. help desk is worthwhile (nor am I willing to do it, either!). Any suggestions will be appreciated - maybe strength in numbers!

AFAIK, the e-mail editor in Max 7.5 and earlier is text-only. I think that Max 8 will support HTML e-mail, so you can colour, bold, change fonts to your heart's content!

To build on my Italian friend's reply, with Max 7 you can do the bold etc. manually for individual emails by :

1) Setting Preferences to use Email Client's editor (ex - Outlook)

2) When creating the email, select Format > HTML (by default ALWAYS somes up as plain text)

Hope he's right about Max 8!

Thanks - I'll see if this works w/ the 7.5 non-Enterprise that we use.

Is there any 3rd party software programs out there that fix this?
