How can I prevent other "users" from viewing my personal appointments in the calendar. Okay for them to view all the other appointments.

There is a tick box on the appointment creation screen labelled 'Private', if you tick that all the other users will see is 'Private Appointment'.

Thank you for your quick response. Actually, these appointments were created in my Palm and then synced with Maximizer. Is there a way to note them as private in Palm, but still sync them with Max?
