We have Maximizer 9. We often want to see the "This Week", "Next Week", etc. view in the Hotlist window.

Let's say it's Thursday (which it is today) and I look at "This Week". It shows both the completed and uncompleted tasks from earlier in the week. My boss swears, swears that it used to show only the uncompleted tasks, but I can't find any setting that would do it.

Is there something I'm not finding or getting or is she wrong and this was just coincidence (i.e. she has and does more tasks now and is just noticing this). Thanks.

I had the same issue and the only result I could come up with was to "Select" the completed tasks and use "Edit / Clear" to remove from the display. A bit cumbersome but it does get the job done.

Another workaround I use to to use a priority "Z" for completed tasks. They then go to the bottom of the list when you sort by Priority. A small bit of extra work, but they're all still there is I make a mistake or need to refer to them again.
