I use Outlook 2003 and CRM10 Entrepreneur. I cannot get them to sync successfully. I have done many trial runs. I have manually cleaned up both my Outlook contacts and Max address book. I get huge duplications in one or both. If I sync 1000 contacts this can expand into 3 of every contact. I have spent 2 days trying to sync. I have followed the User Guide over and over. Set the searcg for dups, set my preferences, put all Outlook into a Category etc.
I must be doing something fundamentally wrong, but cannot find it. I am a small startup business, with a good Outlook database and I really want to utilise the Max tools, but until I get past this first step, I cannot move on. Any advice and direction would be most welcome. Tony |

Good Afternoon,
In a case like this I would strongly suggest you talk to your Maximizer Business Partner as there may be an easier way to get your data into Maximizer than trying to use the Outlook contact syncronisation. |
