Evaluating Maximizer 9 single user.

I see it is easy to set up a second address for a contact.

However, when I want to WRITE a letter to the contact it defaults to the main (work address). That is to be expected, but how do you write a letter to the secondary (e.g. home) address(s).

I do not use this, but you can try this one.
1. Go into the address book
2. Choose the contact
3. Edit
4. Click address
5. Choose the secoundary address, then click select.
5. Print stuff
6. Go back to choose the old address.

There must be a easier way, but hope it help.

Running maximizer 9 since February 17, 2006, with QB link.

Very cool, Feejo.

Maybe then take it a step further and develop a macro to make it a single keystroke operation once you've selected the Contact. You would have to be careful to ensure you were selecting the right address, though (maybe one macro for Work addres, and one for Home?).
