I built a website using EC Builder Pro. Our site has a very large product catologue which people can browse and EC Builder has built a web inquiry form into the site so anyone can inquire about a product. The problem is this. When we receive an inquiry from the web we have no clue which product the customer is inquiring about because only the product description is sent with the inquiry. Due to the large amount of products on our site, some of which are very similar the description is also very similar and the only way to really know which product is being inquired about is by referring to the part number which does not import with the inquiry. When I open the inquiry in Maximizer Orderdesk under the MAIN tab is a field where the info from the inquiry is. There are a few fields, some of which are blank and one of them is a "Item Code" field. Does any one know where in EC Builder Pro this field is to be filled in to make it show in a web inquiry?
