I need to copy a Word document into M8. The doc has checkboxes, borders around text and acts like an order form for my company. When I copy and paste it over, it is a mess. I need to mail merge the document to send to customers. Does Max have a good way to actually use Word documents? Or can I mail merge my Max list into an existing Word doc? Thanks, Sam

Just search the Maximizer KB using the keyword "word". If there was just one or two documents I'd post them here but there are several to help you. Good Luck - Iris

Just to clarify, Iris - this doesn't actually embed the Word document in the Max database, it just creates a link in the Max Documents window to the Word file held externally. WHich is fine if you want to track a document from the Address Bookj, but carries all the dangers of externally linked files (what happens if they're moved, etc.). Just something to be aware of. - R.
