In Outlook, in Phone List View, you can see whether or not you have set a reminder time, date and flag but in Max, as far as I can tell, the address side and the Hotlist side are completely separate. In column setup, "Hotlist date" is not given as an available field, so it looks to me like you cannot see who is and who isn't in the Hotlist from the address book - but PLEASE tell me I am wrong.

In the tabbed views you can see the Contacts tab while in the Hotlist window but you can't see the Hotlist while in the Address Book window.

If you want to see the Address Book window and the Hotlist window simultaneously, try this:

- From the Maximizer menu, choose

Window > Window Settings > Window Layout > Custom

- Close all Maximizer windows (but don't close Maximizer itself)

- Then choose the following

Window > Hotlist

Window > Address Book

Window > Window Management > Tile Horizontally

Maybe I'm misunderstanding the question, but I think he is asking whether it is possible in the address book view, to see what entries also have pending hotlist tasks, similiar to the 'flag' function in Outlook.

I agree that this would be a great feature, because the one glaring weakness of Maximizer is the 'Activities' function, both pending & completed. This feature, or lack of it, has had me bouncing back & forth from GoldMine & Maximizer. Very frustrating

Thanks. Tried that but it gives me both views at the same time which is not what I want. I want to be able to see, from within the address book view, whether or not each contact has a hotlist date set. The only way to do it is to right mouse click on the contact and select "Activities for..." which is a bore to do it for each one. I want to be able to just see it in the list. By the way, it's also annoying that there is no facility to customise the column in the Hotlist like you can in the address book view. If I want the Hotlist report to show mobile phone numbers for example, too bad. PS Don't get me wrong, I LOVE Maximizer.
