Hi! I experience portal and marketing campaign and I have some problem. When I publish employee portal on a Address Book converted from old Maximizer version, it operate in first moment, but, several time after, it doesn't operate: it visualize a logon page, but when i try to entry, an error from Internet Explorer is turn back. When I publish portal from new Address Book, the problem is nonexistent. Similar problem there is with marketing campaign: when I try to start Email Campaign on a Address Book converted from old Maximizer version, Email don't start. The Maximizer SMTP service is start and in Administrator|File|Preference is all ok! When i try to start campaign from new address book, it operate perfectly!!! Have you some suggestion with me?! You could always try doing a backup/restore on the database that is giving you trouble. For details, look here. | |||

Hi Gord! I have already try a backup\restore, but the result is the same!!! I also try to view MaConfig table of corrupt Address Book and new Address Book, but there aren't different: parameters are the same. The only solution that I have find until now (sorry for my English) is to trasfer entry from convert address book to new address book. Have you other suggestion?! Thank you!!! Alex | |||
